• Towel and Linen Policy: Towels are changed only upon request, and bed linens are changed every 7 days. Room cleaning can be skipped upon request.

• Water Conservation: Water-saving devices are installed in toilets and showers.
• Paper Straws Only: No plastic straws—only paper.
• Cloth Napkins: Reusable cloth napkins are provided during dinner.
• Zero Food Waste: We ensure complete utilization of food.
• Homegrown Produce: We grow our own fruits, vegetables, and wine.
• Local & Seasonal Products: We source food openly, regionally, and seasonally whenever possible.
• Minimizing Packaging: We avoid single-use packaging.
• Coffee Grounds Recycling: Used as natural fertilizer.
• Heating: We use solar energy, wood, and gas for heating.
• Eco-Friendly Paper: We use natural paper and reuse the reverse side.
• Energy-Efficient Lighting: Energy-saving and LED lights are used throughout our facility.
• Waste Separation & Recycling: We actively separate waste, compost organic matter, and recycle. A small waste sorting station is available on the first floor for your convenience.

Public transportation is readily accessible and even included with your stay, making it easy to explore the region or even arrive without a car.
