Örtlerhof Indulgence Breakfast
After a restful and peaceful night, you are greeted by the wonderful aroma of coffee with Schreyögg Coffee from South Tyrol, various teas/herbal teas made in-house, crispy breads from the Erb Bakery in Merano, mueslis from Schlössel Mill, homemade jams, compotes, and spreads, eggs from happy South Tyrolean chickens, South Tyrolean speck from Hofer Butchery in Passeiertal, ham, cheese from local producers, fruit, and vegetables from Bachguterhof in Dorf Tirol… that’s how the vacation day begins!
Örtlerhof Indulgence Dinner
Our chef Thomas will delight you with a 4-course menu (with a meatless main dish alternative). Crunchy salads, fresh vegetables, herbs, and fruits come from Bachguterhof in Dorf Tirol, and much of it comes from our own garden and local partners. Mediterranean specialties and South Tyrolean cuisine… all freshly prepared for you!
Once a week – on Fridays – the kitchen crew takes a day off. On this day, we do not serve dinner. Instead, we credit you €15 per person/day and €6 per child/day (up to 14 years old).
Örtlerhof Wine List
Enjoy wonderful wines from our own wine cellar, the Merano Winery, and well-established South Tyrolean winemakers. The old, deep wine cellar in the Örtlerhof has been renovated. The walls there already tell many stories.
